Maybe: True motion sensation vertigo may be viral, small calcium crystals in the labyrinth, Meniere's, vestibular migraine. Unsteadiness may also have multiple etiologies. Allergies can lead to eustachian tube swelling which can result in asymmetric middle ear pressure resulting in dizziness.
