Anorexic Exercise: No, you should not stay away from exercise. It is important for you to make sure you have an adequate caloric intake, but you must continue to exercise so that your body remodels itself appropriately. An elliptical is a good choice because it will provide you with cardio as well as removing the impact damage to your joints. Be sure to keep your caloric intake high enough to meet your needs!

It depends: If you are doing well, gaining weight and otherwise healthy then reasonable exercise is fine. If you are still quite ill and weak , however, then i would avoid strenuous exercise at this time.
