Hard to say: Hard to say without examination. More likely "linea alba" or white line which is dead tissue (like callus on hands/feet) from chewing or sucking inside of cheek between teeth where they meet. Could also be minor salivary ducts. Not likely HPV. Can have biopsy if they return, if you wish. See Oral Surgeon for that. Good Luck.
