Depends: It's difficult to tell whether you should see your doctor or not with the limited amount of information that we have here. I would say that if your pain is severe or if it does not begin to improve, or if any new symptoms develop, you should see your doctor. Low back pain: It sounds like you may have injured your tail bone . If you are not pregnant & you don't have ulcers try some ice or heat , sit on a soft cushion or doughnut cushion .Take some Aleve (naproxen) for pain . If no releife within the next 3-4 days see Urgent Care for X-rays . Avoid constipation. You should also avoid activity that will aggravate your pain Take care
