You might had!: if one of your testicle is smaller and free to move you might had partial torsion enough to compromise the blood supply and effect the growth of the testicle.full torsion associate with a lot of pain and hard to be missed. for you peace of mind,go and see a urologist for a full evaluation,that smaller testicle might be functional.
