Won't help: If the problem is still congestion and pressure, antihistamines help mainly the itchy runny nose not the congestion, so you need a decongestant, but make sure your blood pressure is normal before using it, your Doctor would help you in that regard, meanwhile use saline nasal wash frequently, goodluck
