Repeat test: Repeat your pregnancy test in one week and follow up with you gynecologist for a repeat ultrasound. In early pregnancy you might not see much on the ultrasound so it has to be repeated as a pregnancy progresses. Any pain or bleeding seek care.

Conception Question-LMP Dec7,2020. HCG test Jan11,2021 showed hcg level @ 529 (5weeks). Ultrasounds show baby 6-7 days behind DD (calc by LMP). Could I have conceived just 13 days prior to Jan11?
