Conception: According to your LNMP September 7th. Your Ultrasound showed an earlier date but may be within the statistical error of ultrasound dating. If you are trying to determine paternity this will likely have to wait for testing after delivery.

Hard to pinpoint: If your cycle is exactly 28 days (day 1 is the first day of your period), you ovulate on day 14, and have intercourse that night, that is the day you most likely conceived. However, ovulation can happen anywhere from day 8 to day 20, and sperm can survive several days in the uterus and Fallopian tubes. So there is a couple week window for the exact conception date. They count gestation from LMP

Aug. 29-Sep. 6: The dating by LMP and by ultrasound are about 1 week apart, which is not unusual or worrisome, so it's not possible to give an exact date of conception. The date range above is most likely when conception occurred, I suspect the end of the range around Sept. 6 is more likely - but that's a best guess. Good wishes.
