Seek medical care: You should be evaluated by a doctor. If you have a history of headaches, migraines you could be having one, but if symptoms are severe, different from your previous migraines or vomiting with headache, go to the ER. You need a neurologic exam and perhaps imaging of your brain, called a CT, to rule out more serious medical problems.
