I have had a general itch on my whole body for two days now, with no visible rash or known cause, is there anything i can try to relieve it?

Antihistamine: You can try an antihistamine like loratadine or benadryl (diphenhydramine). However if it persists you really need to see a doctor and have some blood tests done to make sure everything is okay with your liver. Liver damage can cause itching.
