Anxiety & stress: Please do a home pregnancy test & do it to ease your mind . If neg , you are OK ! if positive , see your doctor for confirmatory test .
You may need to see your doctor for a urin test to be sure you do not have an infection .
Talk to someone about your stress .
If you anticipate this stress to continue then you might consider seeing someone for meds .
