All unrelated: These are independent issues with no common connection. Floaters need to be seen by an ophthalmologist especially if they are new and accompanied by light flashing. Sounds like the testicle was dealt with a while ago. You "used" to have polyps-- were they removed? Or did they spontaneously disappear? Otherwise see an ENT specialist.
