Here are some ..: The causes for low-T are many, can be primary or secondary. Over the last decade, more awareness in drug-induced HPG axis dysfunction has emerged leading to low-T. Now, it is increasingly known all drugs exerting their effects on CNS will in time affect HPG axis, notably the opiate-related drugs. For cymbalta (duloxetine), up to present, it does cause low-T in few patients, but reported at 0.07%.
