Clarify diagnosis: Who has made the diagnosis of "pinched nerve"? Certainly could be shingles if rash present, or maybe a viral brachial plexitis. Could consider thoracic outlet syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Have you been evaluated by a neurologist or neurosurgeon?
