One side of my nose is always stuffed up. to relief sinus pressure sleeping on opposite side of my stuff nose helps but then the other side is stuff. what is going on and how to make both nose unstuff?

MayHaveDeviatedSeptu: It seems you may have deviated septum which may be causing the blockage of one side of nose and/or severe allergic rhinitis You can only know what it is by getting it checked by your Doctor or an ENT Specialist and if indicated may need a referral to an Allergist
