Probably 200 mg 3x/d: I know of no research on L-theanine during pregnancy so some would advise caution, but there's no reason for concern. L-theanine is an amino acid; all other amino acids are safe during pregnancy. It's found in green tea which is also considered safe to drink when pregnant; the only cautions re: green tea when pregnant is limiting caffeine,but theanine has no caffeine. 200 mg 3x/day should be safe.
