My period is over a week late i had some period like cramps but they have gone away i have no breast tenderness at all. im not at the age for menopause and fairly healthy ?

Possibilities: It is not uncommon for some women to occasionally skip a cycle. Failure to release an egg is cited as a cause in some. If/when you go past 60-90 days without a cycle sometimes an OBGYN would offer a med to bring on menses if testing showed you were not pregnant.
