A member asked:

Are pills really good until the last day of the month of the indicated expiry date? or do pills lose potency over time on a linear basis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Even longer: Pills are dated very conservatively and are actually still largely potent a year after the expiration date (depending on the medicine and how they've been stored - eg cool, dry, dark place) .
