A member asked:

What disease involves the formation of a large carcinoma in both the frontal lobes ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

? Not Clear: No specific disease results in formation of carcinoma in both frontal lobes. Carcinomas do not form in the brain, but spread (metastasize) there from cancers that start in other body parts, most commonly lung, breast, renal, ... They can spread to both lobes. There is a disease called gliomatosis cerebri in which multiple tumors form in the brain itself and often involve both frontal lobes.
