Diagnose cause 1st: Low back pain is very common. Make sure to diagnose the cause of your pain before settling on a treatment plan. If you are not a surgical candidate there are a number of interventions possible including steroid injections, physical therapy, radiofrequency nerve root ablation, and neurostimulation. Again, the invasiveness of the tx depends on the cause. See a pain mgt. Specialist for more info.
