In An ER You'll Wait: No not an ER yet. If the pain gets really severe or new symptoms arise then yes.Otherwise make an appointment to see your doctor or go to an Urgent Care or Clinic. Your combination of symptoms is unusual. They may or may not be related to one thing. But as long as it's been about the same,except for the right arm, it can wait for an appointment within a week or so. Use the ER for real severe stuff
