MedicationDependence: Your thinking " I need to knock myself out" seems to indicate being overwhelmed with stressors in your life and depression..Cocaine is a stimulant which can cause anxiety , restlessness and insomnia Your thinking of taking"30-40mg of Zolpiderm" seems to indicate your desperation when maximum dose is 10mg. Please go to emergency room for diagnosis, treatment Get Therapy, AA, and NA Meetings
