Black foot usually refers to gangrene which is a severe damaging of the tissue. This needs immediate and emergent care by a specialist. Often multiple doctors in conjunction: vascular surgery, radiology, Orthopaedic surgery, and podiatry may participate. The sooner it’s treated the more tissue that can be saved. Seek care immediately. Best regards.
