A healthy body: The skin is derived from the same structures as the nervous system. Keeping a healthy mind and body goes a long way to having good skin. Daily exercise, healthful eating: of fruits, veggies, low sugar foods, little carbonated soft drinks, not eating fried foods and taking vitamins are helpful. Likewise, skin care with sun-block and proper lotions assist.
