Healthy living: Hydrate with at least 8 8 ounce glasses of crystal clear water per day. Don't overdo dairy & red meats- get at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day. Stay physically active. Don't smoke. Watch alcohol intake.
