Fair: Mohs surgery has been used successfully int treating cutaeous basal cell and squamous Ca. The treatment of melanoma is best handled by wide resection with at least 1 cm. margin to guarantee no recurrence. If nodular the lesion may also require node dissection. Arsenical paste applied to melanoma has been occasionally used by not all agree it is the best approach, no more than fulguration was.
