Communication is key: check for hearing and may need to remove wax or change the tone of speech. check for visual activity and may need routine eye care. check for memory to ensure safety and to maintain independence otherwise potential vulnerable and it needs to be addressed by elder attorney and geriatrician. check for safety to prevent falls and accidents. and check for nutrition - balanced diet is maintained
