How effective is Brimonidine for treating glaucoma?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Colin McCannel
29 years experience in Retinal Surgery
Effective: Brimonidine is a commonly used eye drop to lower eye pressure, which in turn treats glaucoma. While it is effective in many patients, it is not necessarily effective in all patients. Some patients need more then one eye drop, or even surgery, due to disease severity.
