A member asked:

How effective are exercise and vitamin e for treating alzheimer's disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not very: Taking vitamin E and exercising certainly can improve your health, but there is no known evidence that either of these are an effective treatment of actual Alzheimer's disease. Most nutrients can be absorbed from food, and in the case of Alzheimer's disease the problem is in the brain, and has some genetic precursors. Know the risk factors, and act appropriately to reduce them.
