A member asked:

If you get your period does that mean you have ovulated for that cycle? or can you get a period and not ovulate?

You have to: You cannot get a spontaneous (no medicine) period if you have not ovulated; sometimes women mistake vaginal bleeding due to other causes for a "period," in these cases it may seem like you had a period without ovulation. Good wishes.
