IBS ?: If your diet is the problem, this could all get better with just a change in your food selection. I would try eating a diet with a good balance of carbs, unsaturated fats, and at least 50g of protein a day. You don't need a registered dietician to eat a balanced diet, but that will help. Your GP can suggest food choices if you need help, our Concierge site has GI doctors that can help as well
