Advanced age: Many women delay childbearing. My oldest patient was 47 at the time of delivery. This is truly a personal choice. How old is your youngest at home? Are they relatively young or 15? If they are considerably older then this child would be essentially an only child. Take your time and make your decision after you have gotten a chance to digest the information.
