Yes--ASAP: Black tarry stool is usually a sign of internal bleeding from the upper digestive tract. It is an emergency and you need to be seen ASAP. You should go to the emergency room. Good luck.

GI bleed : Indomethacin is a very potent NSAID and can easily cause GI irritation. Taking this with alcohol of any kind can greatly increase risk of GI bleed. Can stop indomethacin and that omeprazole. This could account for black tarry stools. Bright red blood from rectum needs further evaluation as this could be sign of a more serious issue.
