Hcg 5297 26dpo, ivf 2blastos (24 yo donor embryos) transferred. gush red blood (no cramps) yest but didn't need a pad. 12hrs later blood is now brown. is it a concern? fs said next week for a scan.

Conflicting data: "gushing" and didn't need a pad doesn't make sense. A little bit of blood with that HCG level could be an "implantation sign". A lot of blood, followed by brown blood sounds like the end of your cycle.

No, mostly.: Brown blood = old blood no new cramps, no bright red blood, and doing everything your doctors asked you to do since the procedure? Then there isn't anything you need to do but try to relax until next week. New cramps and bright red blood are cause for concern. Good luck! :).
