No: But the reason one is prescribed this medication may. It is a mineralicorticoid. Although it is a steroid it is not sex steroid and thus would not affect sexual drive. But the conditions we use it to treat (adrenal insufficiency, orthostatic hypotension) may be a reason for low sex drive, esp adrenal insufficiency). Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
