Eat normally: Low carbohydrate diets are dangerous and increase mortality by at least 30%. The human brain prefers to run on carbohydrate and red blood cells must have it to function. Depriving yourself of carbohydrate is a poor way to stay healthy, but does cause weight loss, as your body loses water and glycogen. Please read "The Low Carb Myth."

Breast size: You could build up pec's to increase muscle mass underlying your breasts but it won't increase cup size. Weight gain may or may not lead to deposition of fat in your breasts.
