It is the: thickness of the endometrial lining. If you are premenopausal or postmenopausal on hormone replacement therapy, it may be normal. If you are postmenopausal and not on hormones, it may be abnormal. Small amount of fluid is probably not significant. Talk to your doc about what it might mean in terms of your clinical picture.
