I'm still on my period after being off of depo since feb as well as a month after laparoscopy. should i be concerned?

If you are not pregnant, I would not be terribly worried; it could take up to 18 months for the Depo medication to get out of your system. Irregular bleeding can be a side effect. If your bleeding is heavy and persistent, you should then be worried and seek medical attention immediately to rule out anemia.
