Compresssion Wrap: You may feel some relief/ support w/ a compression wrap, but make sure that you have taken time tp complete a progressive return to activity (especially vigourous activity). I have attached a link for basic hamstring wrapping... Please note the athlete is standing wi/ a slight bend in his knee.
