Pain: fatty liver should not cause pain, the hernia can cause pain and if you are unable to reduce it you need to see someone now to reduce it so your bowel does not get strangulated.

See your primary: If you're having unbearable pain, see your primary care provider ASAP. If the pain is severe, and due to your hernia, you should see someone today, even if its a trip to an urgent care or ER. Hope this helps!
