No problem: Last I heard, HIV was the only STD test done routinely among active duty military personnel in the US. Maybe also hepatitis B and C, or maybe other STD testing, such as syphillis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. Probably none of these will delay your return home, even if positive. Ask the medical personnel in your unit; even in the military, these issues are strictly confidential and you can ask freely.
