See a doctor: Any new or increased vaginal discharge needs professional care. If "creamy" means color (yellowish, tan, etc) or if it stains your underwear, an infection is likely, especially an STD e.g. chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas. Of course an STD is possible only if sexually active. But if so, at your age STD is possible even if you have only one partner and don't consider yourself at risk. Good luck!
