See doctor: If a warm compress is not working after 3-4 days, then you need to see a doctor so that they can lance and drain the infection. Then, you'll get antibiotics to take. Without breaking the walls surrounding the infection, the antibiotics may not be able to penetrate through. You'll still do warm compresses to improve blood flow to the area.
