Increase appetite: Obviously, exercise is always good, but you seem to already know that. Additionally, most dieticians advise their clients to try to eat multiple SMALL meals (almost like large snacks) throughout the day rather than just 2-3 LARGE meals, like most cultures seem to encourage. Smaller meals will make you hungrier more often, and that continuous sort of eating may be more effective for you.
