Headaches: Headache is an unlikely side-effect of cardiomagnyl because it contains aspirin and magnesium. Perhaps the headache is a tension headache related to muscle spasm or pain in the neck. Try warm moist compresses on the neck followed by stretching. Ice may be another helpful treatment option. If the headaches persist see your medical doctor.
