Yes: Low back injury can cause other muscles to overwork. And cause you to have an abnormal gait pattern. Abnormal use of your hip flexors to stabilize your pelvis and the lateral hip stabilizers (it band) can cause the groin pain. Back injuries can cause a lot of discomfort and result in abdominal pain, constipation and even emesis.
