Treating constipatio: Lactose free milk will only help diarrhea due to lactose intolerance in older children. I would recommend decreasing intake of white foods such as milk, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. I would also advise increased intake of stone fruits like peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines, and pears, as well as their juices like pear nectar or apricot nectar.
