Neck pain post eats: Follow up in 24- hours with doctor/urgent care or ER. Do you have DM or HTN or elevated cholesterol? You need to have your carotids and heart evaluated with stress test , doppler and MRA ASAP, if all negative could consider gallbladder F/U TODAY.
