Possible TMJ: Your earache could be associated with a TMJ disorder. Headache is common in addition to a forward head posture of 4 inches on average according to research. Each inch forward is 10 lbs on neck so we see cervical vertebrae instability with jaw joint problems leading to headaches at the back of the neck. You may want to consult a dentist trained in treating TMJ dysfunction.
