Labial lumps: Most likely, they are enlarged sebaceous glands, which secrete oil from beneath the skin to the surface, and is used to normally lubricate the skin and mucosal surfaces and hair follicles. It is totally harmless. Other possibilities include genital warts, vestibular papillomatosis, angiokeratomas, cysts, and others. You should see your ob/gyn or primary care doctor for evaluation.
